Delivery Charges

🎉 Free delivery on all orders above ₹699

A flat delivery charge of ₹1 applies to orders below ₹699. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery to metro cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata) is typically faster — often at the lower end of the above ranges.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track it by visiting My Orders. You will also receive a notification when your order is dispatched.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India. If delivery is unavailable to your pincode, you will be notified before your order is confirmed and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.
For returned packages, a re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.
